Sold watch online to me as new and covered by factory warranty.
Arrived broken.
Sent to Seiko Factory Service Center and they replied as not new and out of warranty (will upload and or provide report from the factory).
CreationWatches.com claims I can pay to send it back to Singapore for refund via their return procedure.
Already spent 20% premium to send to factory service center, and to send to Singapore would spend more in shipping then what I paid.
CreationWatches.com claims they sell new merchandise, but the factory service center (Seiko that is) claims out of warranty so not new.
