Should have read these comments fitrst, this lady is pure comedy, she never delivers on what she says, and when you ask her it her excuse she trying to catch up, she sick, the kids need something, been behind , she trying to catch up, it so many fuggin excuses your head will start spining , I have seen it all in the 11 months with this lady...she is not reliable...im a client of one of her brokers..my credit still jacked up. i have been warning everybody I know dont let her do anything for you not even CPN run for the hills, you will never get what you pay for, however her services are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for . my credit lady she have also heard of this same stuff with her from other people  RUN RUN RUN do not trust her she do not deliver as she say , and dont ever buy tradelines they never work nor post I think they all running scams, she gives out these fake reports like she really performing these credit repairs but she not, she alledgely taking other people stuff to will in more suckers, you been warned

I agree with your complaint and feel this abuse has to end.  A petition is being filed which I will be turning over to the proper authorities for a formal investigation:  ipetitions.com/petition/petition-against-jeannie-kerns-affordable

Click on the link and join the petition.  Your help and involvement will not only give you a better chance in getting your refund back (if you haven’t already received it yet) but also put this matter into the hands of proper authorities who will investigate the business and discontinue the deceptive practices that is currently being initiated.  This will also help prevent other people from falling down the same path.  The fact that there are years of excessive filings/reportings of the same deceptive practices on a business is extremely alarming. 

 

The petition is really quick and easy to fill out.   There is strength in numbers so join the petition as soon as possible.

So far Jeannie has been great.  Her customer service has been ABOVE PAR.   She responds to emails even after 10pm at night.  WOW.  someone that takes time out of their personal life to answer a question is fantastic.     AS for her srvices I am more than happy.   My CPN was delivered within the timeframe expected and I am seeing great progress in the other services that I purchased.

People need to realize that things take time. Anyone whom expects an instant change in their credit report, or a Tradeline to post in 7 days.  You're expecting an undeliverable service.  Things take time and people need to realize that.

I can say this.  Jeannie has been MORE than great and she has delivered the services that I purchased but most importainly the customer service that I did not expect.

In response to this. First off I DO HAVE DELAYS I AM HUMAN --- I HAVE FAMILY OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS - Things happen that I cannot help... Yes I DO get delayed but I make sure I tell everyone when I do - I dont go and change my phone number, or change my email address or anything . I have had the same number and email address for YEARS... 

All someone has to do is email me and I will make sure they are taken care of if they have slipped through the cracks. It happens to everyone.. 

As fas a lines go - I deal with 3rd party providers... I do NOT have my own lines at all. If they do not post, I contact the provider and either re-submit or they get a refund. That simple. 

If you need a solution email me, it will be taken care of ASAP !
