I have a wife and 2 children one being mentally disabled we work very hard to pay our bills which includes cox cable we receive only channels 4 to 28 this costs around $14 a month.There is only 1 cable movie channel and that is 27 or should I say was,this week that channel is now a shopping channel that was the super station,

Cox wants to know about cable theft so they can convict I strongly believe that I am the victom of theft and believe they should return what I have payed for and stop stealing from the paying public.

I am a customer service representative and would have been happy to explain that your "movie" channel was moved to another as a part of the ratings line-up and poularity of the Home Shopping Network on the Basic Channel line-up you have. Our apoligies if this was not made clear or you did not read the inserts included with each months bill.
