Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First let me say that I never expect a trucking company to be perfect but how many times is someone going to use that as an excuse. I mean we made it to the moon without being perfect. Anyway, There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. I didn't however know about the people going through your stuff while in Chez' Coven'ant (the covenant motel)

Let's see, I origionally signed up for Covenant because I had Experience just none of it recent. I spent 2 and a half years in Afghanistan and 5 months in the hospital in Germany after taking a bullet to the knee. Threrefore I didn't have any up to date experience and Covenant was the only one that would hire me in that circumstance. Those other idiots were supposed to hold my job for me (I thought it was a law protecting veterans jobs). Anyway, I get to orientation and they tell me 1. I'll have to go through a refresher course, OK, this I can understand and 2. they aren't hiring solo drivers out of Florida anymore. I had driven teams before and even trained before but I didn't want to do that anymore but I needed a job so I aquiessed to their requirements.

The people I teamed up with were either pscho or just plain couldn't drive and I spent most of my sleeper time praying not to be killed or for them not to kill someone else. As far as the office personnel, they look at us drivers as the scum of the Earth. All we are to them is a major annoyance. Being made to feel like a thief when asking for more miles, If they're going to have us teamed up out here, they should at the very least give us 4500 miles a week

right now it's between 2800 and 4000 a week for a team. I got to where I don't call in anymore, I don't want to hear their bull@#$% attitude.

As far as them being a so called christian company, DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.

They like many other companies use Jesus as a marketing tool and nothing else. I hope there's a special place in hell for them. They tricked my first team partner into getting snow chains with the promise of rembursing him and never did, that's $415 dollars out of his pocket. I won't even go into their terrible lack of intellegence in their day to day operations except to say that I don't see how they have lasted this long. They basically hire people that they can keep backed into a corner and aren't likely to quit. That's where

most of their attitude comes from, treat them like crap, they have no choice but to take it.

I could go on and on but most of he people on this site have hit the nail on the head. I still work here and in a few months I'll have enough experience to get away from these worthless doucebags. People, if you ncan help it at all,

STAY AWAY.
