Countrywide Home Loans-BankOne Full Spectrum Lending Home Loans-BankOne fraudulant loan, and hostage of loan note consumer ripoff Simi Vally California
In Feburary, 2001 I called Countrywide home loans to inform them of the surgery I need to have in March, 2001 and that because I would be off work for 2 months I would not be able to made my April payment. I asked the lady I spoke with if I could make two payments because I would be getting disabilty. The young lady told me to call back when April came because, I was not late and they would work with me.
Well April came and I was told they could not take but one payment if I did not have it in by the 15 of April I would be put in foreclosure. I tried many time to talk to these people they got more and more harsh. I even sent 3 and 4 hundred dollars more than my morgatge payment. Only to end in October as 3 months behind and 8,884. dollars in late fees and penalties.
When I got a lender to refinance Countrywide would not allow them to have the note. Three time Countrywide home loans and Bank One denied lenders to refinance. What type of loan can they have legally that won't let you refinance? Just days before the sale of the house a man came to the house and said he could help us keep our house. Well, he lied. Bank One paid him to fool me into signing my title over to him and take the house by force. That was in Feburary, 2002.
I would not sign the last papers so he could put me out and take the house. Now he's got me in a lis pendence and we have been going to Civil Court for 2 years.
In June, 2003 I filed Bankurptcy (13) was doing ok, but I can't keep up missing work to go to court with this other guy. So, now I'm back where I started in foreclosure, with Countrywide filing to get the stay released and take the house. I don't mind loseing the house but, what about the four years I paid the mortgage. Please, tell me what I can do.
