Corporations Filing Service No Known AKA Try to Steal Money Tallahassee Florida
This scam group sent a very officil looking State Corporation Document. It states that our company must have an Annual Corporate Minutes Statement prepared and submitted before Jan 31 (2018). It asked for Corporate Officials names and level of Corporate ownership percentages.
This scammer also required a payment of $155.00 in order to process the documents. Nowhere in the document did it state they were a commercial service and not affiliated with the official State Corporation COmission (SCC).
