Corporate Manipulation of Stocks TD Ameritrade, OptionsXpress, OptionsHouse, E*Trade, Tradeking, Quicken Brokerage Firms using your trades against you and/or sharing your private Trade data NA, New York
I have really had enough of this crap with Brokerage Firms, and Money Management Software companies such as Quicken, Exploiting your Stock Trade information.
Im not talking about hackers logging into your account. Im talking talking about buying a security Electronically, and then having the trade go against your or the next day having a major oil Spill, in order to manipulate the Price of a security. Even if you are day trading, some bigger fish can look for your small trade and force you out of the trade with a loss, by placing large block orders to keep the price capped.
In fact id even go so far as to say Brokerage companies are Trading against you, or leaking your trade information to other traders or bigger sharks.
There used to be a time in this country were you could buy a CD at a nice % interest rate. and get all your money back Gurenteed + the interest. They used to give you a physical piece of paper honoring the contract.
Today everything is done over the Scam loving internet including big corporations ripping people off left and right as well as small ones. Not to say every company is bad. There are a few honest ones left. But its funny how when i go to place a trade with TD Ameritrade, to buy a Stock lets say Exxon Mobile, that there is an oil spill the next day and the stock goes down.. This is they type of manipulation I have had enough of.
I have had enough of my supposedly private transactions going into an electronic control grid so Fat cats in New York and Chicago trading firms can screw you over, any way they can think of.
Why is our private trade information being Exploited to Criminals! Why is there no legislation in place to heavily regulate and keep private your trade information. Am i supposed to believe that once i place an order with my online broker that other traders wont know, or even the people working at the brokerage firm wont know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is in place to make it a FAIR trading marketplace and not a SCAM FRAUD, MANIPULATION trading place.
Why does it seem that every trade that i make everyone it the corporate world seems to know which trades i just placed?
How is my trade data being protected when it goes to the exchanges from BIG noses their as well.
Do we have 100% completely anoymous trades?
Why should i trust someone at TD ameritrade who has access to my account when most of them worked as market makers on an exchange, now it just gives them a free lunch to look at retail clients trades and say hey lets go get him.
where is the legisltation to protect your investment, its obviously very hard to prove any manipulation or who is behind it, then why is there not legislation to protect your trade data from preying eyes of Brokers, trading desks, ahh Quicken Logs, Mint, Gainskeeper etc, they all have access to your trade data Electronically. They dont have to steal from you when they can trade against you to take your hard earned Dollar.

I wanted to test my theory, that manipulators were holding back my forex trade, to squeeze me out of the trade, and as soon as i got out of the trade, it immeditately started going back up.......which brings me to the conclusion that your trading data is being monitored by others, who are using that data to trade against you and force you to loose, nothing different than a thug down the street...... I was using the TOS platform(think or swim)....... So which regulatory agency is protecting peoples accounts, from trading theft....
i suggest people go see the movie assult on wallstreet and start taking some action with these criminals
