copier 1 inc. - salisbury Maryland- Dan Delivered a non-working printer salisbury Maryland
Everything I am writing is 100% true and i have plenty of emails and dates to prove it all. Anyone that even thinks about doing business with Copier 1 or Dan the owner needs to stay AWAY and find another comapny even if it means paying a higher price.
Dan was very nice in the begning answering all my calls and emails and any questions I had. Once the lease was signed things changed very fast. He stopped answering calls couldnt give me a delivery update lied constantly on where machine was at or when it would arrive it took almost 4 weeks to deliver the machine. it got to the point he said truck was in Austin on a friday and would be here saturday (mind you austin is 45 minutes from San Antonio) machine arrived a week later.
Once machine was delivered it was delivered in pieces yes in pieces and in non-working order. They sent out a techinian that never showed up and this is the company Dan said he had been using for 30 years LOL but never showed up (wasted half my day) the next random guy they sent out didnt have a clue how to even TURN THE MACHINE ON (wasted another half of my day)?? he didnt get the machine up and runnning the next time he came out again there was all kinds of error codes preventing the machine from turning on (toner was left inside machine in delivery ink was everywhere inside machine i have pictures and videos) again printer did not get started we stopped everything and contacted Dan who would not answer or fix the situation which forced us to hire an attorney which 5 months later we are still dealing with and we have been paying on a non-working machine they delivered NON-WORKING.
Dan is a horrible person, an even worse business owner who doesnt take his company serious. He is collaboration with the leasing company and thats why they use them they trap people into the lease and then just walk away and customers are screwed.
FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM !!! AND IF YOU DO THIS PART IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT YOU WILL GET A CALL FROMT THE LEASING COMPANY ASKING IF THEY DELIVERED A WORKING PRINTER ?? IF YOU SAY YES THIS LOCKS YOU INTO THE LEASE DO NOT SAY YES UNLESS THE PRINTER IS IN WORKING CONDITION !!!!!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND DAN WILL CALL YOU SCREAMING AND YELLING TRYING TO FORCE YOU TO SAY YES TO TRICK YOU INTO THE LOCKING THE LEASE UP.
He told us we had to accept it so he could send a technian out to get machine up and running that was a lie it was so the lease would go into effect and he could walk away and not have to fix machine.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SIGING A LEASE WITH THEM HAVE AN ATTORNEY LOOK OVER THE LEASE IT STATES IN THE LEASE VERY CLEARLY THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO DELIVER A WORKING MACHINE NOR DO THEY HAVE TO FIX IT
