COPA, as seen on TV, does not work. It does not improve the texture of curly hair or remove the curl. You may be able to get a refund. However, COPA charges shipping and handling on each item - not refundable. I paid $25.00

I have tried Copa before & it worked for me. The directions do tell consumer it may take first 3-4 treatments before see results. It doesn't immediately remove the curl but help loosen it gradually. I have tight curly hair & it did help the texture of my hair & made it more manageable. As far as the refundable shipping & handling, I do not know because I didn't want to return.
