I hope you go to hell! Like I said before your security guard is a joke as well as the managers. I have never seen the suckurity joke after 10 7 days a week. Just quit jerk off before they fire you too! As far as lying you are forcing people in here to get legal help here, we shouldn't need to do so. So maybe you can tell us why the cops weren't involved in our halloween parade here? Maybe because you guys can do it all yourselves. Don't joke yourself you can't.
What about the drunk guy driving the park truck and doing personal property damage? The smart a*s comments coming from you wife's mouth when trees fall here and damage personal property? That tree was marked for 2 years!!!! So again just do us all a favor and leave 98% don't care for you or your wifes performance so far.

Now they sold the park ,raised the rent and we still get the shaft. I hope the new owners will pay more attention to this place and it could be a halfway decent place to live.

I have lived at Indian Run Village since 1995 and prior to continental communities aquiring the park things weren't great by any stretch but they have been in a downward spiral ever since. Now they want to increase the lot rent another $15 to make it a total of $454.00 per month for a double wide home. One would think that with all the increases that we would at least have park management. As for Terry from the previous rebuttal he and his wife are gone they were replaced by some other managers whom I never met and they are already gone too. What is the problem why the high turnover for managers HMM maybe they aren't the problem perhaps its the owners. Things aren't always what they may seem but its tough to believe so many different people could be at fault for the same problems. The common denominator is Continental Communities. We need to unite to fight this after all we really do have the power without us this place would make no money! A homeowners assn. was tried in the past but people showing up to the meeting to just complain with no constructive ideas is unproductive I think we should try again.

acts of god happen, that is why we have auto, home, life ,and other insurances. I was'nt aware we needed the cops here for a parade, can you tell me why, what is your point? as far as getting fired, will not happen, as far as going to hell, a childish coment at best that requires no comment. IF 98% OF YOUR BRIAN CELLS WORKED YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF. WHY NOT GET A PETITION TO FIRE ME, DO ME A FAVOR, PUT IT TOGETHER AND MAIL IT TO MY BOSS. I NEVER FORCED ANYONE TO GET LEGAL HELP. YOUR ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS, PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME KEEP YOUR HOUSE CLEAN AND ORDERLY AND RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS (COMMON SENSE FOR MOST) AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE LEGAL PROBLEMS. BE A MAN AND COME BY THE OFFICE AND TALK TO US INSTEAD OF THIS CHILDISH BEHAVIOR. OR DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVEOUT IF YOUR SO UNHAPPY. CAN NOT IMAGINE LIVING SOMEWHERE THAT MADE ME SO UNHAPPY FOR SO LONG. MAY BE YOU SHOULD MOVE ON LIKE AN ADULT? OR TAKE THE PROACTIVE APPROACH, IF THIS PLACE IS SO TERRIBLE WHY NOT HELP OUT, VOLENTEER FOR SECURITY, PARADE PATROL, ETC. TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT UP TO EVERYONE ELSE.
