I was contacted by the new home owner ( Chris Bromberg ) that Consumers Power of Saginaw Michigan turned off their gas/electric because of a former residents ( Kathleen J. Doyle's ) bill whom is my mother. She is deceased and I have made several attemps to fax, send and talk to them on the phone concerning this matter and to no avail will they have not even returned a callto me. And went as far as hanging up on the new home owner when he attempted to call them and ask that his Utilities be restored. 

Now it is my understanding that this new owner is not responsible for that bill and my concern is that why would Consumers Energy not accept a "death certificate" for the above mentioned ? It seems pretty calis on their part to not want to rectify the situation when this new home owner is a man that pays his bill on time . I feel at a loss and wish that if they have phones to call that they answer and/or return a call in a timely manner. This all started for meon 8/04/2014 This women Kathleen Doyle has been deceased since 3/14/2014
