 I regret giving these people a dollar!!!! I started out in a nice 2008 Cobalt. No problems, drove smoothly, good on gas etc. I get a call after about a week and a half saying the bank rejected my deal because it could not verify my job. I had never had that problem before. EVER! So they tell me they can offer me a buy here pay here car. It was my only option since they would not refund my down payment. I end up with a banged up 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. When signing my paperwork. Thomas the "finance manager" told me although the car is sold as is they like to do good business so if something happens within the first 30 days give them a call and they'll try to help me out. So I'm thinking wow that's nice! Until of course something actually goes wrong. I have never been late on a payment. Put a total of 800 down plus payments so far. I called about the battery after it went dead one day, and Auto Zone told me it was no good. I speak with Brittany who was very rude and told me "Thomas said he didn't tell you that and you brought your car over 30 days ago (Not true but whatever)" I chucked it up to a loss. Gotta buy a new battery well ok.

THEN the car starts to overheat. I take it to a mechanic who informs me the water pump has a leak. $250 plus a $50-$60 part. WTF?! I call again and speak directly to Thomas who still says he didn't say that but instead says "What I said was before you put any money into it in the 1st 30 days call us first" Ummmm is that not the same thing?! I go off and tell them they can either fix it or I drive it until the engine blows up. You think they called back? Nope. So I'm like ok let me calm down and try again. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she is sooooo sweet! She was so apologetic (I'm on the side of the road at this point) and told me to call in the morning and talk to Brittany (ugh) because she schedules the appointments. I told her how much I was quoted and she said it would be cheaper to go through them. I call in the morning and speak with Brittany. She was a complete witch!!! I asked her what her problem was and that she speaks as if she's not dealing with a customer. I'm not trying to get anything for free. I'm willing to pay for this POS car that you guys sold me. She proceeds to tell me she's trying to schedule an appointment if I would just stop talking. Excuse me? I proceeded to call her some choice words and hung up. I am completely outraged at how I've been treated. I'm tempted to leave it and tell them to have good luck finding it. I was on my way to another dealership when I found this place. I wish I never stopped. YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THESE LOW LIFES. THEY LIE CHEAT AND SCAM! I WISH I WOULD HAVE BOTHERED TO LOOK THEM UP! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
