After my Bank Account was billed $79.95, i checked into the website again and found this little statement.
"Get a FREE credit report plus a free 30-day CreditCheck trial. Receive online alerts when key information changes on your report, exclusive dispute tips, toll-free customer support and helpful credit advice."
Of course I never recieved a single e-mail from them informing me of anything. I too will be e-mailing this to the lawyer in charge of the lawsuit in CA, even though i'm in OH, it's worth a try.
