Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

While speaking to an Experian representative regarding a Fraud Alert, "BOb" came on the phone and started telling me the Equifax Trusted ID program was no good and he had an excellent one. He never said he was pat of Esperian but coming on the Esoerian line certainly gives that impression. He told me his program was lifetime and had many benefits. Thinking it was part of Experian, Ii agreed to purchase it. I told him I didn't need credit repair, only protection as I was one of the accounts hacxked at Equifax.   Bob assured me that  if I changed my mind, I cound return the mailing unopned for a refund of the fee. He iommediately charged my charge card and said he would rush the package to me. After reading  many negative reviews, I question the honesty of this copmpany and if I will get a refund when I return the mailing unopned. I could not open the links Bob sent me listing the benefits and policies.so I don't know the policy for returns, only what he told me. I will write again when or if I get my fee returned.
