I too just received a "letter" stating this:
"Congratulations, you are guaranteed approval for a Consumer First Platinum card with a credit line of $5,000.00. This is not a maybe. We have already reserved a card in your name." Signed by a Mr. Robert Stevens, Approval Dept.
