Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am currently a student and working part time, I have to support my family with not much of money from my paycheck. About few weeks ago, I received the letter with a credit card which said I am approved and to be able to use this card i have to pay them $200.00. I didn't read the other part of the letter where it says i can only use that card to order their products. So I called in to activate the card on the 25th of July,at the same time I read the letter to the part where it says only buy their stuffs. I told the guy name Christopher, who activated my card that I don't want it any more and he told me too late the information is already sent to the customer service. I told him not to cash my check two weeks before the third and he said sure. He had my account information and the check #. After I hang up with him, I called the customer service right away, but they kept me on hold for 15 mins each time then hung up on me without a word.

I tried to call them again and again the next day which is the 26th of July but no one pick it up or either automatically put me on hold for 10-15 mins each time. I was so pissed off at this company so i decided to call my bank to stop the check. The lady told me the charge will be deducted from my account is $15.00 and I agreed with that.

Few weeks later on the 17th of August I received a package from this company with a booklet and a statement says that they already took my money from the account is $199.99 and I still owe them another $268.96. I was really surprise how could they get my money when I called the bank to stop the check on the 26th of July before the 3rd of August.

I went to Wells Fargo's ATM to check my account and this company already took my money out, then I called the bank agent to ask them the reason why. And this guy told me they electronically take my money out without the check # on the same day before the 3rd of August. I couldn't do anything about it.. I called them again and again but they never answer me. I feel that this is a really bad business. I don't know how many people get tricked into this already. Please help me to find a better solution. Thank you for your kindness!

Sincerely,

Kim
