I have recently gotten some subscriptions from Consolidated Media Services, and i was to charged $66.65 for twelve months. I later recieved a phone call from somebody else, i was to be charged $77. 75 for the next 9 months, i was charged both times.

i want to know how i can stop this excessive charging. i have been billed twice in one month. i want my money back, or least stop this now so i dont have to lose anymore. how can i cancel these subscriptions now without being penalized? help me please. can i close out my account now, so CMS wont be able to withdrawal from my account.
