My Son was VICTIMIZED by this company in August of 2002.

We continue to get harrassing phone calls from this so-called well known, reputable magazine outsourcing company.

My son was told that he would have 1 payment to make in the amount of $+/-65.00 that would be debited from his Visa Debit Card.

After noticing a couple of checks returned as unpaid by the bank, we checked in to find out that CMS had taken out an additional 2 payments.

I instructed him to contact the bank and close his account which included his Checking and Visa Debit card.

Now, CMS continues to call. I told the supervisor that he had closed the account and they would not receive another dime from him and to close the account and stop the magazine subscriptions.

He proceeded to tell me that my son had been "recorded" authorizing the transaction. I told them we needed to hear this recording. He continued to tell me that they had recorded him but have yet to produce the sound file.

I urge all of you to "Fight Back" send a consumer claim report to the Federal Trade Commission:

I send one each time they call. Do it right then so yuo don't forget. The more complaints, the quicker we can bust the scammers.
