Connecticut Basement Systems Larry Janesky-33 Progress Ave.-Seymour, Ct they used spray foam n crawl space coming apart from foundation and then encapsulated with vinyl a good selling point over 3,000.00 and took 2 1/2 he's if that Seymour Connecticut
around sept of 2017 Ct Basement came out and installed after many meeting on sale 4 supports to bring up kitchen floor sagging so new remodel and floor tile c humongeousould be laid-perfect then they talked us into havein spray foam installed in small area of crawl space and encapsulizing, no oe came out to check before encapsulizing to make sure right, I tried asking the two fellows left that applied spray foam and they just about spoke english.
My house smelled vert toxic but I thought it would leave and windows all opened and should have been told to leave 24 hrs very toxic, things got worse and had to throw out mattresses like new, leather furniture 5 years old 6,000, and wreaths blankets everything, but tasted in air and mouth toxic taste called them and they denied, after much research I went to toxic spray Foam off gassing with the help of someone and alsoGreen Buildong Advisor website and you will see hundreds of people who had spray foam in walls of new homes and walked out with nothing because smell toxic, this is a multi billion doll ar industry and no part of our gov helping-they all close the door sent Larry Janesky a certified letter since no response when calling and his rude salesman being very negative and threatenibg Larry when calling they never heard this,
they gave me ICP Manufacturer sheet and called Sandy and she wrote inciden report and asked if she wanted foam to be tested and said YES still after many calls nothing-De Energy Saver never came out and who owns that Sandy Larry Janesky, LARRY JANESKY RESIDENCE WAS (((REDACTED))) Middlebury Connecticut 06762 whose home for sale went uo in flames from spontaneous combustion because of spray foam stored in sttic, now he knows first hand that could be combustionable, he NEVER RETURNED CALL and asked for someone to come and remove insullayion and open supposedly spray foam and install fans blowing out in vents and return my mony, they were nasty and said everything had to come out 4 supports which were over 4,000 supporting newly remodeled kitchen floor, and he said no, aTHIS I GAVE HER WEBSITES WITH HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS AND FIRESnd why would I want to remove them now for mu tiles to crack.
I believe these fellows were immigrants and not certified and using spray foam has to be so precise joing a and part b product to a certain heat and appling 1/3/4 inh to 2, if over appling it gasses off goes through floor boards into home making you sick prone to cancer eye problems and asthma, NOW WHY WOULD LARRY JANESKY CT BASEMENT THE WONDERFUL MAN SUPPOSEDLY NOT WANT TO HELP WE ARE IN 70's and clean wall floors with strongmask because throat mout and tongue burn can't sell home and might loose everything--PLEASE GO ON TOXIC SPRAY FOAM OFF GASSING DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY OR ANY SPRAY FOAM ESPECIALLY ICP SEALANTS SHE CALLED SANDY AND SAID SHE NEVER HEARD OF
