I highly recommend you not use Concrete Wally and find a reputable concrete company. I still have a debris pile in my yard, the concrete walkway is cracking, the new parking pad is worse than the one I had them replace, and it constantly floods when it rains. I pointed out during their setup and pouring of the concrete that the frame and pad were not right and I was ignored. I notified the company after the job was complete about the shoddy work and debris pile that was left. They said they would be here the next day and they never showed up, that was on October 31, 2017 and here is July 26, 2018 the debris pile is still here.
I sent them a few pictures of the bubble on a level showing how far off it is, and pictures of me standing in the flooded parking pad. I have many pictures to share, besides the ones I will be submitting with this post, since they posted the one of my walkway framed out on their November 6, 2017 post I will share the finished product. Notice how it slants sharply to the left where they tied it into my stone exterior. They didn't place a gap in it or a barrier to my stones, so now when I go to have this done right I will be damaging my house. Look at how the blue dart sits on the parking pad, look at how far the left side is slanted down. It’s nowhere near level side to side. It should slant from the front to the back not the side. It has areas in the front that sit higher than my garage floor as well, when it should be slightly lower to keep water from running into the garage.
I never had a flooding issue before, and only replaced the parking pad because it was starting to crack. I have emailed them repeatedly and left many voicemails with no replies to any of them. I posted this review on his Facebook page and my wife's personal Facebook page only to receive a very negative personal attack to which I then called and spoke with Wally. Initially, he was very aggressive, like he was trying to provoke an argument. When I wouldn’t give in and argue with him, he agreed to come out and look at the work his crew did if I took down my review post. He still hasn’t shown up! The pictures say it all! Shoddy work is shoddy work!
