I purchased a new case and decided to build it up from there. I purchased all the components from these morons and they said they would put it all together for free. 3 days later they called and said the computer was ready to pick up. I took it home and the cd rom wasn't connected nor would it boot. I took it back and picked it up again (#2). I took it home and none of the fans were working and still wouldn't boot.

Took it back again (#3). I took it home and the case was scratched in 5 places and although it booted...page faults and dll errors were everywhere, so I took it back again (#4). When I picked it up for the last time, they promised everything was working. It did boot correctly, however it would not play any games because the video card was not installed correctly (XP couldn't fix it). I dropped it off and told them I wanted a full refund. They charged me a 20% restocking fee and a 60$ labor charge for trying to fix it. TRYING TO FIX IT....and I had to pay for it. What a load of crap!!

I spent a total of 830$ and only got back 707. Corporate vp wouldn't do anything. The vp's name was JR. He said he wouldn't go against the stores manager Carlo Tuzzolino's decision. Getting my money from them only took OVER 1 MONTH

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE>>>THEY ARE STUPID.

Hello Everyone, There are always two sides to a store. Unfortunately there are always going to be some people that no matter how hard you try to accommodate them, they are still not happy. Michael purchased a few products from my store and at that time I agreed to install a motherboard for him for free. We did this on the spot after which he took the computer home and finished assembling it. The following day he brought the computer back in to the store. At this time I stopped all current projects and helped Michael while he waited. I correctly wired up his fans. I also tied all of the cabling up on the inside of his computer. That task took about 1 hour. We did not charge him for that. The following day he again brought in the computer because he could not get the operating system to install. We charged him $60.00 to install Windows XP, and load all of the appropriate drivers on to his computer. Two weeks later the computer came back again. Michael was attempting to play a game written for Windows 95 and it was showing a physical memory dump error. This was a compatibility issue between the game and Windows XP. We tried our hardest to accommodate Michael. All of the problems were related to user error. By the way, HE STILL SHOPS AT MY STORE!!!! Thank You, General Manager
