Commerce Payment Systems Lies and unauthorized charges Houston, Texas
On September 2010, I signed with Commerce Payment Systems. In this agreement clearly was stated no charges for pci. On November 2010, they charged me $99.00 for PCI. They promissed to refund this money but no refund yet.
Also, in December 2010 they charged me $99.00 for something like 1099 package. Charged no specified in my contract. I called again, and I was promissed a refund. As of today, January 27, 2010, they are supposed to give a refund of $198.00 but nobody answer to my request neither I have received my refund. I have called several times, I talke to Mark Greenblatt, David Devers and others. I faxed my request, and nobody answered. Finally, I canceled services on January 7, 2011. I hope no to have any cancellation charge, because in the contract clearly says that I entered in a month to month service with no termination fees.

An hour later of posting my complaint on RipoffReport, Commerce Payment System called me. They refunded the amount of money that I was overcharged. They did not charged for cancellation fees. Thanks to RipoffReport I finally could solve my problem.
