Color Concepts Painting and Contracting- Christopher DePaolis-Fraud-Owes me money
My son's father, Christopher DePaolis, is the owner of Color Concepts Painting and Contracting, 24 Hickory Drive, Stony Point, NY 10980, (845)947-1535. I don't know if you can help me in anyway, but he owes me lots of child support. He claims on his taxes that he only makes $400 a year. He gets his paint and supplies for almost nothing, then charges customers double what it would cost for supplies. Then makes up lies about damage and extra work they need done, to make more money. He takes a certain amount in a check, for records and pockets the rest himself. He uses illegal workers who are not insured. I don't know if you can do anything, but I am in dire need of money for my son. The courts never do anything, I have tried the Better Business Bureau and have gotten no results. I work two jobs to pay a babysitter and tuition. Anything you can do would be appreciated.
