We also, like Pam Reese ordered the 12 piece set of outdoor furniture off the sngbuowor website advertised on Facebook We received a little wooden teddy bear phone holder. Is there any recourse we can take to hold these people responsible for our loss?
I was under the impression that Facebook was screening their advertisers to avoid this from happening? Thank you for giving us a place to vent our concerns.
