We have over 63,500 customers nationwide with a 99.5% satisfaction rate and over twenty employees in three states. Our terms of sale are simple, if you don't like a shipment, send it back within 15 days for a quick refund or replacment. Cutomer never sent the coins back, but lodged a complaint with the BBB, who never contacted us to repsond....thus the so-called "F" rating. The BBB has no way to know about our other 63,000+ satisfied customers who are happy, nor does the BBB bother to check out eBay feedback - 100% positive after well over 300 positives from indepedent sources. - Anna Jean, Anthony, Art, Barry, Bill, Charles, Chris, David, Dorothy, James, Jay, Jon, John, Jose, Nancy, Ricky, Rudy, Sarah, Shirley, Steve, Travis, Willis, Willy

Our terms of sale are clearly posted on our website and on our invoices. If you are not happy, return the coins for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. When sent you a letter asking you to do just that, shortly after we got your letter. What the BBB doesn't have information on is our 99%+ satisfied customers, many of whom are other dealers. And why are you picking on Chris for? We are a corporation, owned by many individuals, and for security reasons, we do not post their personal names all over the internet in what is a business matter. It seems you can't please everyone no matter how much you bend over backwards to do it. All total, we have processed shipments for about 60,000 customers over the years, and only about a dozen ever complained - I think that's about .002% ? In one case we shipped several coins to a customer and he filed a complaint with the BBB and the USPS, only to find that his secretary was holding the coins for a month ! He never informed anyone afterward, so all they have is our side of what actually happen. In another case, the USPS left a package of silver dollars on the customer's doorstep because he wasn't home!! He claims he never got it, filed with the BBB and other organizations, but when we pressed him to sign the insurance claim so we could refund his money, he refused ! *Sigh* - Sometimes you can't win no matter how hard you try. Thanks, Willis
