when i called to order this service, he promised me that the sales will be around 300-500$ per week on each machine and he has a professioanl locator, Niko-whom i spoke with after my purchase, had very little dealing with sam especiallly in nyc, and can find me great office space for me with in weeks. Well, niko sent me 5 listings with niko not even calling them as it was a generic list and they did not want to machines in there locations and they never heard of niko or his company
My broker tried to get some referalls from sam, and he always managed to push her off . When i asked for a referal, he supplied me with a guy named roger, ( whom i found out now after being his client, its sam tek guy not an owner of these machines)when i asked for a more referalls, he gave me a 516#, which i texted the person, only to find out after my purchase, it was the owner number himself (sam) and he was answrering me as a client of his business saying all is good with this business
Well, after my sad purchase of spending 28,000 on 5 machines, roger came to my hoime to set me up but no coffee produts were there as promised with the delivery of machines for us to work on, so my sad wife had to spend hours witht the tek guy in costco buying our own products ,as this order was to come with the goods at hand .. that messed up the day entirely where i couldnt get my trianing in on all 5 machines to learn how to properly use them on a daily basis as promised and paid for with a 50.00 tip to tek guy . roger did manage to hook up 2 machines out of 5 machines , with absolutely no training to learn on the isues these machines would incur on a daily basis ..
When ever i had issues with these machines ( to many to discuss ) i had to beg sam or roger to talk with me and still now currently these machines have many mechanical issues and the cup holders as brochured described are to be dispensed, now they are on top of machines looking unsanitary and clients do not want me to keep them in there shops.
Also now i have found out that this sam teso guy has given very discreeetly refunds back to consumers like me in other states, becuase of there dissatisfaction and numerous complaints, but i kept these hoping all will be good and can make this grow ,
but now after numerous calls and emails that dont get answered and now many issues are arising from the sugar containers not dispensing out the sugar, to not even having a coin mechanism on thesemachines well, and machines not taking dollar bills as told and i am to have a 1year warranty and an insurance covergae of loss, which--NOTHING IS THERE and now at aloss of 28,000 and
