Clear Choice Credit Solutions ripoff Saint George Utah
This company called me because they bought a list of people with bad credit.
Right from the get go they lied to me, saying that I would be guaranteed a credit card. I should have known better, but I fell for it. Anyway, after speaking to their "customer service" dept numerous times I got some of my money back. I told them that there call center was going to get them in trouble.
At 1st the lady didn't believe me, but she pulled up the tape & after listening to it for only 1.5 minutes she came back on the line and apologized. Anyway, after we got this all ironed out another person from their call center in India called me.
1st he used a fake name, then after I let him pitch, I asked him just like the 1st caller, if i was guaranteed a card & he said yes. I then told him that I knew he was full of it, I'd already talked to their customer service dept & I know that they're in trouble.
He then said, "give me their name, they gave you the wrong info". Anyway, I got some of the money back, they wanted proof that they had taken money out of my account which they had, and they admitted it. But they wanted more. I reported this company to the ftc & they did nothing, just like always. This company is also known as media 1. STAY AWAY FROM CREDIT OFFERS!
