CGS used misrepresentation and deception, and false statements to induce me to buy their service on an unsolicited telephone call to my cell phone. They were not registered properly with the state to be a phone solicitor. They failed to properly register for the Do Not Call List thereby violating Federal Trade Commission Rules.  They got me to buy their website package for $250.00 but then when they got on a call to show me the back office they pressured hard to get me to pay a whopping fee of $6500 to hire their in house marketing experts to do this  "BIG IMPACT" campaign that was nothing short of despicable.  I agreed to pay them $3200 and that's a lot of money and I got nothing of any result whatsoever from this marketing effort.  They promised expertise and doing it right the first time and they did the opposite and used  old and outdated marketing tactics that produced zero results. They refused to fix their failure even though they agreed in writing to a one year contract of performance.

I recorded the complete sales call so I have evidence of the misrepresentation and false statements they made that induced me to pay their in house experts by the end of the call. They committed to having the site running and producing income within 2 weeks, and only after it was producing income would they hand the site over to me to maintain for 1 hour per week. They promised it would take them only 2 weeks. Well, it took them 2 months before they even got my site up. Then when it got up I noticed serious errors that were unacceptable. They got the name of the domain wrong, the name of the city, and the reply to address for my business.  Total Ridiculousness!   They did nothing to interact with visitors at the blog, they did not know how to draw in any visitors to the products, they did not create articles that were even interesting. Everything was such a pathetic experience for me and for the online public.  They even copied the article on the home page of the Electric Company. 

They claimed they were experts and they would do it right the first time so it would produce income. They claimed they were so good they would have 5000 visitors per each marketing strategy which would be 10,000 at my site. They did not draw even 25 visitors total to my articles in 4 months. There was nobody at my site buying anything and they didn't have any expertise at all.

They assured me I would be hiring their experts, their pros, and that they eat live and breathe this stuff. OMG!  I found out that they outsourced everything and did not intend to use any of the modern marketing strategies for their customers in this program. I questioned their integrity with this because for 3200.00 I was not paying for a canned website and 4 articles and a press release. That can be purchased online anywhere for 200.00 or less. This was a big fee and they outsourced everything against their commitment that I was hiring expertise in marketing.  

When I confronted Garrett Cisek with the horrendous experience and failure and questioned their tactics and how they can charge this outrageous cost to hire experts and fail so bad and do opposite what they committed to do, he tried to tell me they did what they promised. That's when I sent him a copy of the transcript.  Garrett promised me he would personally fix it because I was mad. I didn't need to pay their so called experts 3200.00 to get me zero. I could have done that myself. I demanded they either fix it and get it producing as they said they would, or I wanted a full refund. I paid for an in house marketing expertise and all I got was sloppy, unqualified, outsourced ghost written duplicated content.

He never fixed anything. He just ignored his responsibility and the performance contract they committed to.  I've done my homework and discovered many serious violations that CGN has done in the process.   They violated the rules and regulations of VISA CORP by making me sign a contract that waived my right to dispute a transaction.  I discovered they are breaking the laws regarding consumer protection and security and privacy laws by not suppressing the numbers on my credit card which is illegal. They are sending my VISA authorization slip around to non bank entities without suppressing the required items according to clearly established laws. They are exposing the full expiration date, the 3 digit code on the back, and 12 digits out of 16 of the acct number. This is a violation of clearly established laws and they are subjecting me as a result to identity theft.

This company is terrible and irresponsible and very dishonest.  They do not give their customers the benefit of expertise whatsoever. They charge an outrageous fee and they give you the worst that money can buy.  They are lying even in their response to my complaint saying I signed up to receive info from them which is an absolute lie. Warning to anyone .... this is the worst experience I have ever had online.  I am pursuing further against this company for the big loss and failure of their commitment under a contract. If anyone has had an unfavorable experience also with CGN I would be interested in hearing about that. This company needs to be stopped for online fraud and deception.
