Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband and myself allowed Clean Air Systems to do a demonstration in our home,January 17, for a friend to get a gift from the company. This company sells Rainbow vaccum cleaners.

After the presentation, my husband misunderstood that I did not want the vaccum cleaner. Needless to say, he signed the papers that night and I was extremely upset.

The following day,January 18, after a heated argument the night before, he called our sales representative, Renea Blackmon, to see if there was a return policy. He explained the situation to her and she told him that she was not sure if there was a return policy. She said that she had already been paid for the sale and that her manager was out of town on business. Her manager would be returning January 21 or 22. She would call us with the information that he would give her. This began the lies.

January 23, we had to contact her. We left a message on her machine. No call from her the 24th but we did receive an interesting phone call from her manager that same evening. He called to see what different kind of payment we would like! Very confused my husband began to tell him that we did not want to change our payments but wanted to return the vaccum. My husband told the manager that Renea said she did not know of a return policy.

The manager said that she should have told us that we had three business days from the time that we purchased the vaccum cleaner to return it. The manager also said that we should have had our contract that stated this information. We got tons of papers that night that was all in a bag that they left for us. The contract was the only paper folded and placed into a booklet.

January 27, my husband had to contact them again for the information that they was "suppose" to be finding out. My husband was told by the manager that he had contacted the finance company and there was nothing that they could do.

January 28, I contacted the manager with some interesting information that my husband had already told him. The contract was the same contract that Renea signs a million of a day. In her husband's writing it is actually written the very day that it is too late to return the vaccum cleaner. But she told us that she did not know of a return policy.

Renea said that she had already been paid for the sale the day after the sale. Why would she be paid for a sale that could be changed in two days? The manager insisted that there was nothing he could do because the finance company said there was nothing they could do. After our telephone call I called the finance company myself. The representative was not sure of what to do so she gave me the name of the lady who handled complants.

January 29, I contacted the lady who handles complants and she further told me that Renea had told me a lie about her not knowing about the three days to return the vaccum cleaner and then told me that no one had contacted her with our complant from Clean Air Systems and she deals with all the complants that come in. She gave the manager a call and left a message for him to call her A.S.A.P.
