Classicinformatics was hired to develope a website for my photography business. The project was started with a complete Statement of Work and complete timeline for delivery. Starting 9/12/05 and delivered 11/22/05.

The first month there was progress with developing requirements, starting design, etc.. During this time, Rajiv was promising me the world with their development team of the highest quality, etc.. The project slipped by the november delivery day, into 2006 with very little development work, and still no design of the website. (minimal funcationality was developed) The First part of 2006, I discussed with Rajiv that we needed to get this going for a 3/15 event I needed it for, else I would have to cancel and find a new provider.

At that time, he did agree to cancel, and refund my inital downpayment of 1187.50 (all that was given to him at that time)after he got money in his account but still promised that they would deliver on time, and with superior quality. After a week of waiting, and him promising, I decided to give them another chance to deliver since starting over would put me extremely over my required date. After deciding to stick with ClassicInformatics, our communication did become better, but the design become sloppier.

I delivered emails that would print 2 to 3 pages long of bugs to fix almost daily, due to fixing some bugs created even more. Finally another deadline came of June 1st, and I needed to get what was working on my server due to dire needs. No website, no income, etc.. So I agreed to pay the balance just to get something on my server for my customers to purchase from, and we could work from there to work out the final bugs.

Things got to the point where things were not being addressed, things were breaking, and SOW requirements were being told to me that they were unable to do unless I purchased additional things such as an SSL certificate (when it was implied from the beginning that we would use the servers shared certificate) and on and on and on.

Finally I had enuf and told them that this project was a failure, and I demanded my money back in full refund. Obviously they declined, so I am taking matters into my own hands and attempt to recover my losses/time/income/etc.. I have over 500 emails back and forth, and 100's of hours of chat sessions with ClassicInformatics as documentation if required. Can you please help me recover my losses. Thank you

The client is a liar. He filled the report to get a refund. The project was executed and delivered. It was bug free. The day he got the source code he started complaining and demanded refund. One day he sent the link to this report and said if we don't refund he will not remove it. He used this website to black mail us. I finally decided to refund the money because there was no pointing fighting for such a small project and a person who can do such kind of act for $2000. We were losing business because of this report. While executing the project we lost soo much on it. He got the design changed 10 times. He himself was not clear about the functionality he needs. Endless changes to a simple project. We are an offshore company and have executed over 200 projects. Our success rate is not 100% but its excellent. In this case we executed, delivered and instead of getting the final payment had to make a refund. Unfortunately as this was a small project we did not sign an agreement and did not see the worth to get into legal hassles sitting in India. Finally, when we refunded he bluntly told us report cannot be removed from this site. We have an excellent track record. I have requested the site to remove this report. Hopefully, they will listen.

CLASSICINFORMATICS India: Rajiv Mehta, Still lying and cheating and scamming ( classicinformatics.com )

Rajiv Mehta at Classicinformatics did gladly agree to refund money if all code be destroyed on my end. Immediatly after hearing that, I held up my end of the bargain. Many Many monthly later, after continuing to fight with Rajiv at ClassicInformatics.com I did receive 50% of my monies paid. He was saying that they did not have enough money in their account to refund me and had to wait for more jobs to come in. With the small amout of money to a development company (large to a single consumer) not being able to refund, I could tell that he was just delaying and Lying as he always had. After receiving 50% (which wasn't agreed to) I have not heard another peep out of Rajiv. I have emailed him close to 3 or 4 times a month with no reply. I still hope he sees the light, and refunds the difference. But from his actions in the past, I feel that Classicinformatics Pvt. will continue to take money from others as they have from me.
