claiming tpo be Miocrosoft Technical Support Kevin Jones they identify themselves as Microsoft Technical Support. I got their number from a Google serarch only know it as a toll free number unknown
I was looking for help from Microsoft. I googled Microsoft Technical Support and got this number 877-804-4426. When they answered they identified themselves as Microsoft technical Support.. I began questioning that they were legit since i was told it would cost me $400.00 for them to assist me with services I knew were free from Microsoft. The other numbers and names they used are: Kevin Nash and was given a number to contact him at in the future 800-275-3165. Luckily for me they did not copy my credit card number correctly so they locked down my PC which I had to pay Dell $130.00 to un lock my PC. I also had to send my laptop back to HP to see if they could unlock it. They used other numbers trying to correct the credit card number. 469-910-0069, 844-496-1216 are two other numbers they called me from.
They called me again yesterday still after information from me but I just hung up on them. They retried 3 more times before giving up.
