Well as i read with the other pool company,i also had two jets covered over it took the company skinee dip 4 months to finish my pool that was with me calling them all the time no customer service what so ever.

Now my pool is only 1 1/2 years old and my finish on the pool is krystalkrete don't get it I paid extra for this surface it has spots all over it it looks terible, I called my pool company about this and all they did was refer me to C.L. Industries who handles th warranty work.

So in december of 2001 i sent them a registered letter and pictures of my pool, nothing no call back tipical so i proceded to call them at least 30 times I have this documented and i called my pool company again another 3 times to coplain abbout the way i was being treated again no call back.

I am so fed up this is a brand new pool. Fran is the one man from c.l. industries he came out one time about 2 months ago or more and said he would be back no show no call the other mans name at c.l. industries is doug.

I wish you could help me get this fixed I would hate to have to hire a lawyer and spend more of my hard earned for a problem that should have been taken care of by my pool company or c.l. industries.

Response to Interior Finish Color Variations

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This customers pool was surfaced with a quartz aggregate interior finish product called Krystal Krete. If the pools water chemistry is not kept within the proper ranges by the customer then calcium can fall out of solution and create scaling on the surface creating white streaks. We visited the jobsite and offered to retrain the customer on how to take proper care of the pool or refer them to a qualified pool service company. The customer claimed the surface was defective so we contacted the manufacturer. They sent a representative to inspect the pool and took a water sample. The sample concluded the water chemistry was not within the proper ranges and this was documented in a letter to the customer. We offered to correct the scaling problem which was caused by neglect for a small fee but never heard back from the customer until this report.
