CITY OF CAPE CORAL UTILITY” Current & Future Customers “BE AWARE of their UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES” as, despite  MULTIPLE Contacts (since, Initial Contact on MAY 6th as, the PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE  of my recently Deceased Mother’s Estate REQUESTING the Water be SHUT-OFF  in which, it WAS on MAY 7th) they then, “ALLOWED (within DAYS of SHUT-OFF) a SQUATTER (whom BROKE into Home & YES “FLORIDA” allows more Rights to SQUATTERS then, HOMEOWNERS) to have the WATER TURNED BACK ON under, False pretense/without any LEGAL Documents” then, gave me a hard time despite, my providing LEGAL DOCUMENTATION/POLICE REPORTS to have the WATER SHUT BACK-OFF/LOCK PLACED ON METER then, they proceeded to “CHARGE the ESTATE between, MAY 7th & CLOSING on AUG. 24th a TOTAL OF $ 308.67 for a METER LOCK-PLUG & SERVICES OF WATER, SEWER & IRRIGATION that, CANNOT EVEN BE USED since, the METER HAS A “LOCK” ON IT! What’s even more PATHETIC then, them REFUSING to CORRECT ANY ERRORS IN THE BILL is that, these THIEFS can PREVENT you from, CLOSING on your PROPERTY unless, they are PAID!
