My husband had mortgage insurance which paid our mortgage off when he committed suicide in June 2016. Citimortgage ignored me completely for an entire year while they were cooking up a foreclosure and sheriff's auction sale. I got a copy of those sale docs. My husband was foreclosed on as though he were alive and decided to stop paying. I was evicted on an equally fraudulent court order by the non citizen who stood in as strawman buyer for someone on the hoa. They got me to actually leave my house before that by sending some goons to assault me....twice.
