I bought a car from a private seller who had this company as a lien hold and title holder on the 20th of september 2010. My financial company sent an overnight check which they cashed and confirmed that the amount paid off the loan. They in turn promised to send me a clear title within 10 days it has now been 25 days I STILL DO NOT HAVE A TITLE. This company refuses to give any information about title other then they mailed the title and we should have it. They did not send the title certified mail with signature receipt. They confirmed only that they mailed it standard mail to my bank.  we never recieved the title!!!!!!!!!  I now have a very expensive car which the first payment it due that I am unable to drive or insure. This company clearly does not need to be in business. Their customer service is horrible treating people rudly and unhelpful. I was on hold for 33 minutes they disconnected I called right back and was on hold again another 39 minutes before reaching someone that would not give me any information other then it was send and we should have title.WELL I DO NOT HAVE TITLE MY BANK DOES NOT HAVE TITLE. I AM GETTING A LAWYER!!!
