Citifinancial Auto sold our car loan to Santander (I guess no permission was needed).  After the 48 payments were completed in February of 2012, they (Santander) decided to add extra fees (unexplained), etc. and they refuse to release the title.  We obtained a copy of the title and the lien is still in Citifinancial and not in Santander!  We have been round and round with this company for almost 2 years now and still have no resolution!  They should be closed down!!

If you were late on ANY payments, extra interest is generated because those payments were late.  No, I don't work for them.
