citi mortgage sold our mortgage to collection agency Nationwide
citimortgage sold us out to a company named bayview we had no idea they did this until we got a bill from bayview we was with them for a year or two then one day went to the mailbox had a bill from SPS with no knowledge of information from bayview of this change. We are fighting to keep our home. its not worth much but all we got husband is diabled and i no longer able to work because of disabilities. These people send me 3 letters aday and now they saying we dont live at the address that we lived at 244 years because of 911 address changes we sent documents and the county man his self called them and explained well we thought it was all ok and settled until last night they started calling again about the 20 year old adress that dont even exsit any more! I need help

My name is Sarah, I am replying to you because saw your comment reply about Citi Mortgage involvement with your mortgage. I work for a company that deals with these types Citi Mortgage have been one of the names that has been coming up a whole lot lately. It seems they are involved with a ton of fraudulent loans.
We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter. Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.
When and/if your property is being foreclosed on one of the things we do offer is a packet for a Stay of Execution which has stopped at least two of our clients from losing their homes until we were able to finish the investigation for them.
