Circut City computer service tech help Somerville Massachusetts
I have been dealing with this company for over 6 weeks now to get my px fixed. Tech help coming out to my house is needed again with no calls back to me to set up an other home visit.I get transfered to other numbers saying i need to talk to an other person and then get disconected more then once a call.I have an extended service plan but it seams its no good at getting the help with the repares i need. I think 6 weeks with out this pc still not working should have been fixed by now or a new one issued to me as stated in the plan we bought.Im told to call if i have any questions, when i do im treated as a lier and told im wrong as to how many times my pc has been fixed.Im told to wait for a call to have the tch come out again but its been over a week now with no calls. I get the run around to much. My service plan means nothing to them. They sure want a sale though when they see you in the store but dont bother to get the insurance because it doesnt help. Ive been going through this now sence july first.Its now july 13th. Whats so hard to call a customer back and let them know whats going on........... Circut city is a rip off for service plans and i will never go in there store again. Neither will my family or friends.
