I do not see the point of the previous rebuttal.. It was known and displayed that the item was in stock at store.. Plans were made to purchase it on line as advertised to avoid Black Friday 6 hours in store trauma.. Webpage for items on special said Shop on Line or In Store.. False Advertizing? Though I still think I was baited to think I could shop online getting up at 4:30AM and then they decided to switch to "In Store Only" after the sale started (it initially said "technical difficulties" until 9AM).

I wouldn't say this was a bait and switch tactic. If the item was said to be in stock at the store, what was keeping you from calling the store and finding out? I'm sorry to hear that your online experience didn't go so well. It could have been that the millions of people who were on the CC website might have been a little too much for their servers to handle. Just look at it this way, you saved $1100 instead.
