Circut City Store #3322 is a deceptive ripoff company that doesn't give a d**n. Chico, California
My husband and myself purchased an e machine an e box with extras, software all on the same day from Circuit city I have owned this muchadise for 3 weeks and one of the controlers on the xbox doesnt work and the cd rom in the computer is not reading anything. my d drive shows up blank. my husband first took the tower back to circuit city and told them of this problem. they say they only have a 15 day return policy and that there is nothing that they can do. the management would not even speek to my husband.
the sales rep told my husband that this happens all of the time to the e machines and that he is not surprised. he said it is a low end machine and would never run fast anyway. My husband replied. then way was I not told of this when I was purchasing a computer. salesmans repli was " well because it is sales and smiled. told us that the only thing we could do with the worthless machine is to call e machine and see what they will do.e-machine wanted a back up disk that i did not receive in my box or they would need to charge me for a new one. both of these companys suck.
they could give a s**t less as long as they get your money. now I am stuck with 1,500 machine that does nothing.. they wouldnt replace the controler either. I am so angry at them. we have to bring everything we bought out there in order to replace it.. what a joke.. time and so much money wasted. somebody better stand behind this s**t. I want all of my money back they can keep there crap!!!!!!
