Circuit City Warranty Company ripoff Dissatisfaction Melbourne Florida
I bought a KitchenAid Dishwasher six years ago that has never worked and for six years I have begged for clean dishes through repair or a replacement unit while maintaining warranty payments.
My last contact was this morning, May 22, 2002 with Circuit City's Corporate Office, in which I left yet another message for Chris Blanchard, who has failed to return my calls after promising to look into my situation. I have waited over a week and have left three messages since. He has verified I've had three services to my dishwasher last year and am awaiting service now.
I have spoken to Customer Service, Customer Relations, and the Melbourne, Florida Circuit City Store where I purchased the dishwasher from. No one is listening to me! Over the last six years, I have had approx. a dozen services calls which all failed to correct the problem. There would have been more calls to service but it would take hours sometimes to have them consolidate all my service records in their system in order to aid me.
I dreaded calling. My dishwasher would sit for months unused until I would get so fed up and finally call warranty again. I'm now questioning the health hazard that dishwasher has exposed my family to. I have posted this notice and will write a certified letter to Mr. Blanchard to include this link in hopes he will take me serious. I will also copy this letter to the local paper and Orlando, Florida's TV Action Reporter. Thank you for allowing me to post my complaint.
