I got a Cingular cell phone around X-mas time 2004, My contract was for 450 rollover minutes for the price of $39.99 a month. My first bill stated $107.99,that included activation fees & who knows what else.I called cingular to find out why the bill was so high.they explained the bill to me.Icome to find out that they were charging me 600 rollover minutes for $59.99 a month. I told them that that wasn't the contract i agree to.I showed proof they didn't care ,i had to pay the $107.99.The following month I recived the correct bill. then I never recived another bill, they call when bill was due and say Ihad to pay over the phone or the phone will get disconected. for next two months I wouldn't get a bill, just a call .Today 4/20/05 I recived a call I explained, I never get a bill they said pay it over the phone I asked how much they said $102.99,Why so much I asked they replied that the phone had been disconnected in february they had to charge for the reconnection. I had it with CINGULAR WIRELESS so I cancel my contract with them. Now I know that I'll get a bill for canceling the contract.
