I have been buying cigars from cigar.com for several years never had a problem until I orderd from the account manager kirsten dintinger . I got an email letting me know about a sale and if I wanted to purchase the cigars all I had to do is reply to the e-mail with what I wanted to buy .

I did just that. Then I recieved a reply back stating that they were out of one of the items in a 6x52 ring size . ok no big deal so I replied back and said I will take two of the other mazzos of cigars after some time I get a reply stating I can have the larger size of the cigars they are out of for $15.05 more .

I replied that I would take the two mazzos of the one brand and the larger size of the ones they are out of for $15.05 more. I was told ok items will be shipped . I waited and when the box arrived there was a mazzo of cigars missing so I sent an e-mail to kirsten she said it was her falt she would get them sent out to me if I still wanted them . I told her yes I still want them .

the next day after putting the cigars in my humidor I decided to smoke one of the cigars I had gotten I chose the undercrown which is the one they were out of and suppose to send a larger size when I got the cigar out it did not seem to be larger then a 6x52 I checked it and it wasnt larger it was a 6x52 . at this point I am mad so after some thought i sent an e-mail to kirsten she then asked me what I wanted to do so I replied that I would be happy and leave everything as it is if you would send me a box of 10 extra ordinary larry I was told no the best they could do was give me 5 extra ordinary larry with my next purchase. 

when I called to complain they wanted to connect me with the person I was having the problem with I said no I dont want to talk to her. kelly connected me to her anyway . I did get to talk to a supervisor and he told me the same thing that I would have to make another purchase then they would give me 5 of the cigars i asked for to make me happy and continue doing business with them.

needless to say I will np longer do business with them.

Any company that screws up and wants you to settle on there terms and there terms only is not a good company to do business with .
