This is the number to CIC Monitor customer service to collect your refund. CHANGE ALL account information they have access to, which is another way to block payment. You can also dispute these charges with your credit card company. Tell them you have been a victim of deceptive selling practices, and that CIC Monitor/Consumerinfo.com and ALL ALIASES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PLACE ANY CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. Direct your credit card company to this site to review all of the information, and witness directly the situation for themselves. Seriously, you have to change all account information you gave them or you will remain vulnerable to future charges. Report this to your Attorney General in North Carolina as well, to help other victims.
