CIC Credit Monitoring They charged me $9.95 on 7/16 and 8/16 Orange California
My debit card has been hit twice by CIC Credit Monitoring Service ($9.95), and I have never authoritzed them to monitor my credit. I've had to cancel my debit card and order a new one.
