CIC Credit Monitoring Service ripoff fraudulent deduction from credit card Orange California
On February 18 2004 the company called CIC credit monitor service located in Orange California fraudulently deducted the amount of 79.95 $ from my Bank-One credit card. I believe my personal information was collected from an internet add that offered credit monitoring by the three major credit services. There was no mention of CIC credit monitor Service in the add.
I have since contacted the company to attempt to retrieve my $79.95 with no success. The contact person did not speak understandable english and insisted that I had ordered the service.
