on 01/22/04 79.95 debit not autho my bank reversed charge 01/23/04, as of 02/24/04 i show another debit for 79.95 i had to cancel my credit card. i want my money back!!!!i prev emailed this co re this unethical conduct no reply.

Please inform your bank that you have been a victim of deceptive fraudulent selling practices, and give them this number to call for refunding your former account or to investigate: 1-888-888-8553. This is the customer service number to CIC Monitor also known as consumerinfo.com Direct your bank to this site, so that they can witness and review the information for themselves, AND share a copy of this specific Report. Make it very clear CIC Monitor/consumerinfo.com and ALL ALIASES are not authorized to place ANY charges of any kind, on all of your future accounts. The Rip-offReport.com gets victims submitting Reports from this corporation and all their aliases nearly every day. Your situation is different, because you had the charge removed and they billed you again. I'm perplexed, and never heard of them stooping to that level. It's a fraudulent charge just the same, if you never accepted their offer for a "Free" credit report or enrolled in their "credit card security monitoring program". It is ironic that they CLAIM to provide a security service, while they do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. See if you might get a card, with a different account number re-issued, but change ALL other accounts as well. If you have different credit cards, or possibly a savings account, change ALL of those numbers now. I know it's a headache, but they have been known to bill people as much as a FULL YEAR later for the $79.95 specified amount. Please, please fill out an online Complaint Form at www.ftc.gov This is a website for The Federal Trade Commission. They have a direct link to that form at the home page, no charge required. When you paid taxes, you bought these services. If these people are starting to get even more crooked, it's time to report them to the law.
