I was surfing the web and saw FREE CREDIT REPORT,so being new to the internet community I said OK. I asked for my free credit report which I received.

I was shocked to find a charge for 79.95 on my credit card the next month. I have tried to contact this fraudulent company with no success.

I now see that I'm not the only one!! If anyone can give me some info to recover my money please let me know.

After submitting my complaint to Rip-Off Report.com I continued to contact the company. I have finally recieved a portion of my money back. Almost all of it. In the future if I see a free credit report offer I will keep on surfing.

I had the same problem about 6 months ago with a credit monitoring company. I'm not sure if it was the same one. There name was clear credit. The charges to my bank account were in the same amount. It took me 2 months to get them to credit the money back in my account. The last conversation I had with them I was supposably speaking to the manager and told him that I was disputing the charge with my bank (which he tried to talk me out of) and that as soon as I got off the phone with him I was reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau. He called me back within 20 minutes and they had the money back in my account. However they did not credit any of the NSF fees that were charged from their mistake. Luckily my bank was nice enough to credit these back on their own. I noticed that all of the claims about this company are from California and I am in Florida so this may not be the same company. But even if thats true this may still work for you. Good Luck.
