CIC Credit Monitor Service ripoff Orange California

I signed up for a free credit report on their website, and got charged $79.95 for it! The phone number on the credit card statement showing this charge was for "a school teacher" I called my credit card company, and they said they would send me a statement to sign, and will take care of it from there.
