By god your right. They took a bail out so we should all be able to just pay when ever we want. That will be the right thing. That will get their financials where they should be so good americans never have to bail them out again. Better yet they shouls just let everyone have cars for free. Yeah thats it we already gave them money in the bail out.... free cars.
Sarcastic much yes. but I don't know what a goverment bailout has to do with people not making their payments.

same thing happened to me and they would not exept the payment,,they want a car!!!wach your bank account,,if they have information they will take everything and wipe off your account,,even though they have a car

yes it is sad situation. but the bottom line is no cares. they probably sent you a cure letter and if you don't bring the account current by the cure date. they can ask for the full amount. my company does that but they don't enforce it as long as I am in touch with them. before you let them take your call an attorney and look into filing a chaper 13 to keep you vehicle as you have invested so much in it. GOD BLESS everything will work out for you. If you have had the truck this long it is obvious that you are trying to keep the payments up

that Chrysler has also been harrassing my 85 yr old mother who doesn't even live in Florida and my girlfriend. I would love to know how they got these phone #.
